(More customer reviews)I love this pan.It bakes great bread.The cost is well worth it. The crust is an even texture and color of light brown.I don't use the top much.The first time I didn't oil it well enough and my bread stuck to the lid and when I pulled off the lid it ripped up my bread.To keep the seasoning on the pan I wipe it out right after I take my warm loaf out and then I place it upside down in my still warm oven to make sure it is fully dry, otherwise it will rust.
