(More customer reviews)Perhaps I appreciate this invention because several years ago I had to go to the emergency room because I had cut myself while cutting a bagel.It turns out that ER-via-bagel is one of the more common occurrences.The thing is sturdy and would easily work for a small bagel/bakery stand.Kudos to its inventor(s)!
